POLICIES

  • You MUST contact me directly VIA phone (317) 656-9256 or email bladedbychar@gmail.com to schedule a consultation, make/change or cancel an appointment. Contacting me via social media is NOT an acceptable form of contact.

  • Being more than 15 minutes late will result in your appointment being canceled and your deposit forfeited. 

  • No call no show to your appointment will result in you being charged for 100% of the remaining total. 

    • No showing of the complementary touch up will result in a $50 fee in order to reschedule the appointment. If scheduled outside of the 10 week grace period you will be charged for the touch up ($150).

  • You must cancel or reschedule your appointment a minimum of 48 hours before your appointment time or you will be charged a late cancellation fee of $50.

  • Touch ups are complimentary for new clients up to 10 weeks after the initial session. If you surpass the 10 week mark you will inhibit a $150 charge. 

  • You must submit photos if you have had microblading done previously- once submitted they will be reviewed and I will contact you with the next steps.

  • Clients who are pregnant or breastfeeding CANNOT have microblading done, your appointment will be canceled and rescheduled for a time after you are finished with breastfeed (6 months after).

  • Clients who are undergoing chemotherapy must wait at least 1 year after your last treatment to have any form of cosmetic tattoo done.

  • Clients who have uncontrolled diabetes must have a note from your Dr stating you are okay to undergo this procedure.

  • IF you are on accutane you MUST be off of the medication for 1 year prior to your appointment.

  • Irritated or sunburn skin CANNOT be worked on, if you arrive with a visible sunburn your appointment will be rescheduled and you will inhibit a rescheduling fee.

  • NO children under 18yrs of age or pets are not allowed in the studio.
